Best burger in town

Horrible customer service. The employee had their kids in the lobby, bare feet, making lots of noise. Their mom which was an employee was yelling and threatening to whip their "-ss" if they didn't stop making noise. Flies were flying all over my family as we tried to eat. My daughter ordered chicken wings "bloody", I asked for a refund and the employee was very rude. She made an attempt to contact the manager whom never answered. Finally she gave me a refund. The employee seemed very aggravated, I guess because she did not have a babysitter. I will NEVER go to this place again. I do not care if it was FREE! !! Poor customer service, horrible wings. By the way the hamburger had pink inside as well. They won't be long..
