Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Sausage, and Smoked Chicken all done in a wood-burning pit, cooked WITHOUT Sauce and done the right way...with time and care! We also have phenomenal, hand-pressed black angus chuck hamburgers cooked when ordered. Our menu includes loaded fries, nachos, and loaded freshly fried pork rinds. We have desserts, gumbo, po-boys, salads, and are constantly adding to the menu!

The brisket at this establishment was truly impressive, and the barbecue chicken sandwich was moist and flavorful, especially with the option of sugar-free sauce for those on a keto diet. The owners are genuinely invested in their customers' satisfaction, creating a welcoming atmosphere where feedback is valued, and the sides, particularly the baked beans, were exceptional. Although there may be some controversy surrounding the business, the food quality and friendly service make it a worthwhile experience.

Loved the food! Best BBQ I've had in a long time. Also love that freedom loving patriots own this restaurant! Too bad the loons, who left bad reviews because the owner did not force unhealthy practices on their employees, will never admit they were wrong and tried to harm this business over some media nonsense

I'm so glad, that all the folks complaining about this place not wearing those nasty germ and snot-filled masks, were proven wrong in 2023.
I, am so glad they refused to back down from the tyranny that took place in 2020-21! They are a hero here in Watson!

Fabulous! Brisket and ribs were perfectly smoked. Beans, potato salad and peanut butter cookies are good too. Impeccable service.

The food here is not that good. If they are willing to put their customers at risk (not just the masks--they could not even limit the people who came in) then what else might not be up to par. This place is not true barbecue. Try somewhere else for your barbecue.

These owners are very self centered and uncaring about a time when all Americans should come together and support one another, they think it is cool that all of their employees are breathing their germs all over the food they serve. No, thanks. I don't need to return to a place who can't abide by the health ordinances put in place for everyone.

Sad that the Kool Aid drinkers feel the need to trash such a wonderful place. I admire the stance this owner is taking to keep their business afloat. I support them and will continue to drive an hour to eat their delicious foods. This mask mandate is absolutely political and masks are not healthy. Good food is!! If you don't agree ... stay away. But do not trash people's business because you live in fear ... just stay away. This is an absolutely amazing BBQ Restaurant. Don't let the fear mongers keep you away.

The owner is very responsible. Obeys the laws!. Even her employees, which I find amazing handle the food and business like their own. She has followed all laws AND has fantastic food. I find that knowing your amendments and refusing to have them taken away is RIGHT. Great place and highly recommend

The owner is very irresponsible. Won't abide by mask ordinances. Even her employees, which I find disgusting to have people coughing near the food. She has broken many ordinances to prove some ignorant point. I find violating health ordinances and then, still opening without a permit wrong. Stop acting like a moron. Wear masks. It has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with the health of your employees and customers. Sad. Skip this place. Bad attitudes.

BBQ is awesome, employees do a great job, overall experience was great. Definitely worth the effort to go eat there, I will stop in again next time I'm in the area.
There are plenty of comments from people that have never been there trying to ruin this business because they disagree with their politics, these people are control freaks..... Don't listen to them.
If you want good bbq in a non chain establishment, owned and operated by people that work hard, give them a visit, I did and am glad I did... ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

I feel that they are risking people's health to prove a point. This place has been shut down due to health ordinances. Then, they still opened. Then, they had their permit to operate pulled, still opened. Then, they now have a restraining order put on them. What kind of business owners operate like that? Then, on social media someone said, their employees were coughing. And they said, it was because they have asthma, yet, they still didn't require them to wear masks. So coughing all over the restaurant. Then, someone said, Covid Positive people were going inside on purpose to eat there. NO THANKS! Sounds like a petri dish to me. YUK. Not very sanitary or appetizing. Not sure why these people keep pushing their agenda over the health of their employees and customers. Disgusting.

I respect that some of their employees may have a problem wearing the face mask that have been mandated for the covid, but not all of them. Same with the customers--some but not all. Then when the health department put up notice that she was closed--she keeps right on working. Gets on television to drum up support and business. If she refused to follow one rule, does she make her employees wash their hands. Maybe she will next allow people with no shirts and no shoes to get service. Think about this,.

Final a restaurant with since. I plan to make many visits to this outstanding barbecue restaurant. Their barbecue is second to none. It's all good. Thanks for not allowing fake news and over reaching politicians to destroy your business.

These folks know how to smoke meat and get your order ready " right now" / potato salad is different but good, beans are killer, brisket poboy is fantastic , chicken is the only one around my kids like.
Give these folks a try, call ahead and see what's freshly coming off smoker !!!!!!
