My go-to meal at Kamal's Kafe is the combo plate, always prepared fresh with minimal wait times for drive-thru orders. While the salad may be a bit bland and past experiences with the beef kabob plate were subpar, the lentil soup and falafel sandwich are unmatched in the greater Baton Rouge and New Orleans area near Gonzales, Louisiana. The food is consistently delicious, and the generous portions make it worth every visit.
