I was disappointed with this place. I go to Benihana's all the time so I'm familiar with how my experience should've been. Instead no one was waiting to seat us, the chef wouldn't perform any of the normal tricks that they usually do except for the volcano trick after a lady asked him to do it, he wasn't personable, the calamari was partially uncooked, the steak was not a good tasting cut of steak and seasoning was off.

Ichiban Samurai is amazing!! The food is sooooo good! I love their house salad dressing and the shrimp sauce. I can't find anything like them anywhere else. The all you can eat sushi is awesome!! It's made fresh for you, not like a buffet, and the quality is the best even though it's unlimited. It's definitely the best place in town.
