I discovered a unique snack at the Louisville Art Show at Gissepe's that consisted of potato chips layered with ground beef, ketchup, mustard, and relish, resembling a creative twist on traditional nachos. This unexpected combination has become my new favorite indulgence, leaving me intrigued by the recipe's components. The ladies serving at the event did an excellent job crafting this delectable treat that I am hesitant to replicate due to its irresistible taste.
