Horrible, the lady that seems to be in charge is rude and disrespectful, she was very disrespectful to a little boy who ordered a snow cone and wanted 2 waters instead she yelled at him and said "you ordered a snow cone and it's what your getting and made him put the water back and take the snow cone, I stepped up to order and said don't be mean with a smile, she raised her voice and started waving her hands wildly saying what's mean is ordering then changing his mind, I ordered a hot dog that was not as expected so I asked for mustard and it was refused and the same b$%#@ yelled you get what you order, I politely told the young lady who served me thank you and walked away needless to say the line behind me heard everything and left without patronizing them HurraKanes your owner or staff person has a horrible attitude and every chance I get I'll let it be known I will never have anything nice to say about that horrible person she must be very miserable with her life
