I purchased a couple of filets. When I cooked them, one had so much gristle it was not edible. When I told Frank about my experience, he gave me two filets at no charge. I would highly recommend Franks to anyone!

Why want Franks answer their phone. I need a large amount of meat and I keep calling to see if they had what I'm looking for. I'd hate to travel across town and they do not carry what I want.
