Roots blew me away with its fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully plant-based dishes that made my taste buds dance and my stomach sing. From the cozy sunken seating to the warm, attentive service (shoutout to the owner who memorized our entire order!), every detail felt like a delicious hug for body and soul.
