I thought that the customer service was very good. The product was very good for all types of foods. I would recommend this company to all my friends and to all people who want a healthier option to the unhealthy bread companies.

I bought a loaf of sourdough bread this morning at the Farmer's Market on Shelbyville Road. A few hours later when I opened it at home it was so very dry. I looked for a date when it was made - or best used by date, but I could not find a date anywhere on the clear plastic wrap, the label, nor the twist tie. How do you know when this particular load of sourdough was made??? I don't believe it was worth the $6.00 I paid just to use it for croutons or whatever else you use stale bread for.
