Vanessa was very kind when I ordered my drink incorrectly; she remade it and even let me keep the first one. The staff here is professional, friendly, and efficient, making it a comfortable place to grab a quick drink or sit down and get some work done, although the lack of a drive-through can be a minor inconvenience.
