I was excited about this food truck. I waited in line for 40 minutes. I received raw ribs with sauce barely drizzled on them and undercooked peach and apple cobbler. I was disgusted . would not recommend to a dog.

When this food truck arrived in the neighborhood of where I worked, I was excited. My co-worker and I went to the truck for lunch. I purchased rib tips and slaw, she purchased a rib slab and potato salad. It smelled divine and the portions were generous. However, when we got back to our office and tried to eat the rib tips and the ribs, they were inedible. They were so tough, we couldn't cut the meat from the bone nor pull it with our teeth. I was so disappointed! When I eat bar-b-que, I want it fork tender. This wasn't even chain saw tender. Sorry guys.
