The barbecue here is consistently flavorful, with standout dishes like brisket, pulled pork, and the unique pork cakes that stay moist despite being fried. The sides, such as mac and cheese, potato salad, and collard greens, complement the meat well, and the selection of beers and bourbon slushies adds to the experience. Service is friendly and efficient, though the casual atmosphere means sauces come in large tubes on the table rather than with the food, which can be a bit confusing at times.
