El Nopal in Valley Station has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a fun dining experience, with delicious food and quick service. During a recent visit for a birthday celebration, I enjoyed their amazing chips and salsa, along with a pitcher of mango margaritas that was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was lively, and our waiter, Poncho, handled our large group with great patience, making the evening memorable for everyone involved.
