12/13/2011 - Robin salmeg
I met two chef's there on the occasions i stayed at the Holiday Inn. I'm assuming their head Chef, Drew, was the gentleman i first made aquaintance with. There was also a younger gentleman named Jake who worked there. I must say they do an amazing job! I've eaten there a few times and every time i've enjoyed the dishes, my favorite was the Kentucky Burgoo which they make from scratch. This place is a diamond as far as restaurants on Dixie Highway go. The waitress/ bartender was very nice to me, and although they didnt have a large wine selection was still very good. I didnt enjoy the hotel room very much but the front desk lady was very nice. I will be returning next time
I visit in Louisville!
