as stated, if you're not a regular you get treated like badly. I fount the food to be good, but the staff are ridiculously stuck up snobby A-holes.

Absolutely terrible. Don't bother coming here if you're not a regular. The bartender is a total prick. The service is very slow, and the food is waaaaaaaay overpriced. Head to Brunswick for beers and over to Drum Hill for Food if anywhere near Pawtucketville.

Basically over priced decent food and a poorly hand written easily misunderstood "Specials" menu

My wife and I ate for our first time tonight at J.J. Boomers with a "buy one get one free coupon".

We chose from the specials menu, the meal based on the written menu appeared to indicate $11.99: baked haddock with two sides and with shrimp a $17.99 price, based on the alignment of prices and meal items. We both chose the $11.99 (what we thought was) option as it seemed a fair price.
Much to our surprise when we got the bill the charge was $15.99 each; way more than what the meal was worth! We questioned the waitress and then the manager. The manager said "Oh, you misread the Specials menu!"
The manager even said well four other customers read the menu "correctly" Hey I have worked as waitperson and a manager doesn't count who got what! And I know how to read!

Bottom line if you chose to eat here 1) read the specials menu and 2) make sure the staff confirm the actual prices.

Had our Christmas party here in Dec,had a blast!!!Good food,great music,crazy people!!!! We'll be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow monday night play texas holdem poker with Eastern Poker Tourament folks, and get a great meal for $10 bucks.. grand prize is a $10,000 seat at the 2007 World Series of Poker 2007 in Las Vegas had a great time going back every week!
