During Texas Tech homecoming weekend, I experienced authentic Texas BBQ served on tortillas with a limited but quality menu that offers flavorful options like brisket, sausage, chicken, and shrimp, often paired with smoky BBQ sauce and fresh pico. The quick service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices make it a convenient late-night option, especially in the Depot District, where the aroma alone draws a steady flow of regular customers despite the lack of seating.

My first visit to Lubbock coincided with Texas Tech's homecoming weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the brisket wrap and sausage, and the quick service made it even better. I can't wait to return and enjoy more of the tasty BBQ, as it truly adds to the late-night vibe of the area.
