Went on teacher appreciation day. 45 minute wait. 20 minute wait before server acknowledged us. 35 minute wait for ordered food. Manager said they were short handed (really? And they advertised this event). Counted 7 dirty tables when we arrived and as people were finished tables were not cleaned. Our second visit to this restaurant and both times service/organization was as poor as I have ever experienced. If this continues I'm sure they will have plenty of help until they go belly up. Manager should be fired for no vision.
Never will go to any Red Robin again.
