Its better than a 3 star, but not quite 4. I'd do 3.5 if it'd let me. That being said, its still the second best Chinese food in Lubbock. We order here when we want take out Asian, and go to East Moon when we want a sit down Asian. The food is good, but it usually take 5-10 minutes longer to be ready than they claim on the phone.

We had ordered our food for delivery, they took the credit card information and said the order would be delivered 45 mins to an hour we ended the phone call. They called back to say they did not have the sweet and sour shrimp that we order and tried to make us choose another dish. They charged the card before they called and asked us if the substitute would be ok. We asked them to cancel the order. We called some place else to order food and found out that chef lins had taken the money out of the account. We called chef lins back to see if they had fried shimp and the person on the phone hung up on us. The manager called us back we told him what had happened he said that they could give us fried shrimp with sweet and sour sauce on the side so we accepted the order change. We ended the phone call. The manager called us back to tell us that the person had already processed the refund so they could not charge the order again. So my family went hungery because the employee did not call to check with us about the substitute before charging the account on the first phone call.
