After enjoying a savory dinner in Lubbock, I was excited to find Josie's for breakfast based on a suggestion from my school's secretary. The chorizo and egg burrito, along with my mom's ham and egg burrito, were both delicious and satisfying, making the slightly longer wait and little menu confusion completely worthwhile.
