During our road trip to Colorado, we made a memorable stop at a local BBQ joint called Tom & Bingo's. The pork spare ribs were a standout for me, along with the loaded beans and juicy brisket. The staff was friendly, the old-school vibe of the building added charm, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

I lived in Lubbock for 17 years and never heard of Tom & Bingos. I heard about it from a friend who also doesn't live in Lubbock now and had my first Tom & Bingo sliced beef sandwich on April 9, 2014 and got two to go and wished I had gotten a dozen. Dewayne Clanton makes the BEST BBQ sandwich you will eat....I'm talking about anywhere you go. This is incredible and I am kicking myself for 17 years of ignorance. You gotta try it next time you are in Lubbock or if you live in Lubbock now and have never been there, then GO!
