This was the most amazing steak and the portion was so big I enjoyed a huge lunch the following day.

We waited for an hour to be seated. There was only one waitress and one person delivering food. We ended up cleaning our table and had to ask for a menu. If a restaurant knows it is going to be busy, then they need to have an adequate number of employees working. At least 12 people walked out because they had not been waited on after being seated. Once we did get waited on, they were pretty much out of any and everything. It would have been nice if they would have told us this at the beginning. Needles to say, we will not be going back.

Food is amazing. Portion sizes are unreal. Prices are simply crazy. Be careful when you order or you'll take half or more of your meal home in a box. You won't find a better steak around, nor will you find a better value.
Don't expect anything fancy, And the service isn't great. Don't go if you're in a hurry as just about everything is cut and cooked when you order. Hard to find if you haven't been. Well with the drive from Lubbock, or Dallas for that matter.
Food and value get 5 stars, service gets 2. That's the reason I gave them 4 instead of 5.
