I visited the Atlas location today, thinking they were open, but they're actually opening next week. The owner noticed us in the parking lot looking lost and kindly offered to prepare sandwiches for the three of us. The sandwiches were incredible - crispy sourdough with tangy melted cheese and bacon, caprese, and a three cheese deluxe - all on the house. I'll definitely be seeking out this food truck in the future.
