Easily the best Chinese establishment in Madison. The award-winning chef has put together an unbelievable menu, with both Americanized dishes and truly authentic Schezwan dishes.

My standard for comparison are Hot Sour Soup and Kung Pao Chicken. I've had both the authentic and Americanized versions, and they are outstanding.

I rarely actually eat at the restaurant, because I no longer live on that part of town, but I make the detour whenever I want Chinese.
