I've been walking by this popcorn shop for years, but today I finally stopped in. The owner, a friendly Marine veteran, welcomed me with a smile and shared some stories about Garrett's popcorn in Chicago. The popcorn selection is fantastic - from Badger colored to rainbow and more. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious popcorn and great conversations.

This is an example of how a good product can be offset by extremely poor service. Clary's popcorn rivals Garret popcorn of Chicago and that is saying something. However, the poor service attitude which pervades the shop diminishes any product produced there. Clary's needs to reexamine the importance of customers relative to making money on popcorn.
