This is the second time in a month that we have visited. The service was TERRIBLE last time but even worse today. They were grossly understaffed both times! Today there were 3 people running the entire store during the lunchtime. The poor staff that are there are running their tails off. There were four clean tables left when we got there, no ice in the machine, and no forks. It took 30 minutes to get our food. How can the management allow this to happen? The entire dining room was mad today. Is it greed that you don't want to hire staff or is it the way that it is managed and nobody wants to work there? Whatever it is, you better figure it out. You lost our business for good and from the sounds of all of the people complaining, you lost other business too!
