I am very sad to see that IHOP on E. Wash is closed. I'd condider myself to be a frequent diner since I went there at least 2 week. From the reviews below I see that there was a change in management, that's probably why Cindy Yang has said what she said. I do remember Noel as manager. He was always very welcoming. My grandmother appreciates the fact that he'd always open the doors for us and greet us. as for their staff, from the ones I had, they were all very friendly and approachable. Yes, the place can be loud sometimes, but it's a fast-paced breakfast place and it's super busy on the weekends. For those that complain about waiting too long, the place is small and they do their best. Most times, for my family at least, our wait time would be 10-15mins, but we'd get a table in less than 10 mins. The hostess even came outside to call us, which is great, because other places wouldn't even bother. I do think that their prices are a little on the high end, and that their portions are smaller than it used to be. I think that if you give your customers a good amount for what they paid for, you'll see them come back nomatter what. Overall, i'd love to see a little bit of remodeling for the place, better prices, bigger portions. With the right managemnet and staff (I'd highly recommend to whoever opens this place back up, to go find the young man, Noel. He was always there since I've been going there for the last 5 years.)

I drove by and noticed that IHOP on E. Wash was closed down. Although my recent visits there were awful, this used to be one of my favorite places to dine. Whatever happened to Noel? He used to be there all the time, but for a while now we never see him anymore. As for the new manager, he just seems to be out of it. I am hoping that whoever opens this place back up will remodel because the whole place looks like it could use as much help as it can. and oh, IHOP had the best coffee, only problem was that our server had to tell us that there were only ONE brewer!!!! Come on, a breakfast place with not enough coffee?? too bad the owners were too cheap to fix it up. What happened to the "never ending coffee pot"?

This restruant gave excellent service. Our server Jalen did an awesome job. He made us feel welcomed. Even the other surrounding severs were very friendly and invited for us to go back. The manager, Noel, came to check up on us and even had a small conversation with the kids. Great place to dine!
