04/22/2008 - bad customer service
I love the food, it's the employee I have a problem with. OR should I say one guy. The short skinny and nerdy cashier guy with glasses and DIRTY nails.
I go there about once a week for their soup in the sourdough bread bowl, so it's not like this happened just this one time. EVERY TIME I go, I get this guy waiting on me. He's all smiles to the older WHITE lady in front of me which is great. I like nice happy workers, you smile, I smile, let's make the entire world smile. WRONG.......when it's my turn, his mouth stiffens, his eyes sharpen down on me and he rushes through my order, he's telling me my total, before I'm even done ordering it.
At first I thought, hey, maybe he's just having a bad day, so I let it go. But it happened again last night. WTF kind of MANAGER puts an @SS like that in front. Those type of guys are the ones you toss in the back. GOSH......................Something is a little screwy with Panera and their customer service policy.
