1st visit the cheese sticks I ordered & was served had 2 eye-lashes fried into the batter. I showed the waitress & she clearly SAW that they were. No way they were mine & enough to ruin my appetite. The salad I was served had a LONG BLACK HAIR in it. Mine is short blond & curly. Was never offered a replacement, an offer to adjust the bill, a half-hearted "sorry that's the way the ball bounces' - flip attitude was the response to discreetly letting her know. They also failed to reply to my email & they did receive it, no bounce-backs. However I sent a 2nd follow up email - no reply received. Lousy service - too many good restaurants in the area to return to RR to eat ever again. Most establishments at least offer a replacement, or have the decency to address the issue. That was my 1st & last time eating at Red Robin. Unless you're hungry for hair & eyelashes wouldn't recommend them & I will never return.
