The cactus chicken at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the prices have remained affordable over the years. The nostalgic decor and friendly service make dining here a pleasant experience that keeps me coming back.

10 years ago I would have told anybody and everybody this wasn't an amazing place to go eat. Whether you're taking your lady out or your mother for a Sunday dinner. Be passed five times anyway that me and my better half have gone to eat dinner here they have only one waitress on who and by no means I mean to discriminate is on the other side she is slower and not so very pleasant. Tonight they happen to have two full dining rooms plus their additional banquet room is full. Having worked in the food and beverage industry for many years I am well aware as they are that that banquet room was booked. Giving them ample opportunity to schedule staff for the evening. With that said middle of dinner rush to every restaurant out there, we set in a restaurant with 14 tables full with one waitress to attend them all. One bartender for the entire restaurant. And one waitress attending the banquet room. Waited 10 minutes just to be recognized and have our drink order taken. And then an additional 10 for our waitress. " We have a banquet tonight leaving me the only waitress"We is not an acceptable response from a waitress whom works at a restaurant who is well aware of their banquet room being full that night. This has become a repeated pattern along with I'm sorry we've closed early. We have continuously gone back because it has always been a favorite of ours relying on reputation and Customer loyalty alone is not a way to run business. Sad 10 years from now the Chuck wagon will be merely a memory that people are going to say what a great place it used to be. The chuckwagon will no longer waste my time or my money

I have never had a bad meal it the Chuck Wagon, in Livermore Fall Maine.
The people that work there are great ,pleasant they go above and beyond.
They'll mix and match any thing you want to eat.
This is one of the best place's in eat in the State of Maine and the prices are fair.
