The wood-fired thin crust pizzas here are simply outstanding, with perfectly charred edges and a rich, hearty sauce that tastes like it was made by an Italian grandmother. Each pizza offers unique flavors, from the pepperoni-laden Pepperoni Express with its smoky Gouda to the boldly spiced Caveman and the olive-forward Arshak, satisfying a wide range of tastes including several vegetarian options. Wow, that pizza joint in Waterville really nails the wood-fired thin crust vibe. We tried a bunch of other spots before checking it out, and man, we were missing out. The pizzas we got - like the Pepperoni Express and the Caveman - were spot on. And the nachos, well, they were more like chips with cheese, but hey, the little one loved 'em.

Great brick oven pizza at reasonable prices and a very friendly waitstaff, while you are waiting to go to Railroad Square Movies right next door - very dependable and tasty.

Best pizza around. My food always comes out fast, even when it's busy. The servers are friendly and this business has a few local beers to choose from. I like that this business supports local markets.
