I went to Al's Diner on 7/3/2014 for lunch I ordered a slice of Blueberry pie. My waitress was Heidi she went to the cooler cut a slice slapped whipped cream on it an preceded to give me a cold piece of blueberry pie . When I asked her to heat it up she snarled at me & stated the only reason she heated the other customers pie up was because he asked she was very rude & obnoxious. I went back to Al's with 4 other people on 7/5/2014 I was unfortunate enough to be seated in Heidi's seating area again. I understand they were busy but it took 15 minutes to get menus. She came to the table an did not even greet us. It took another 10 minutes to get drinks. so it was a hour before our food arrived at the table. Also you don';t go from handling cash to touching ice scoops without properly washing your hands. I understand it was busy guests where seated at dirty tables. I normally always tip good but I will not tip for poor service & poor attitudes. Again I had family from out of town with me they would not even order a glass of water due to the atmosphere.
