I'm middle of the road here. Carryout - I love Dominos as far as a chain restaurant quality pizza place goes. I like their handtossed crust and LOVE their new cheesy breadsticks. They have a mobile app that is AWESOME and makes ordering super easy and convenient!
However... Delivery - SUCKS. We live in a nice, LONG established (1950's & 1960's) neighborhood in Augusta's east side. Two different times we have ordered Delivery and BOTH times the drivers couldn't find us. One time the driver called us and 45 min later we got our cold pizza. Most recently - just a couple weeks ago... 45 min later the driver had given up and returned to Dominos w/out attempting to call us... We had to call them asking where the heck our pizza was and ended up having to go and pick it up ourselves (for FREE of course...) It's not like we live out in the booneys... we live in a nice, LONG standing neighborhood with clearly marked streets.
Bottom line: Pizza is good, but Carryout! They apparently don't have GPS or any knowledge of the city at all as far as delivery goes.
