I've shared my frustration about the lack of quality barbecue in this region multiple times, and Pete's Pig was a pleasant surprise that lived up to the hype from those who know good barbecue. Tucked away in a unassuming building along Route 27 in Belgrade Lakes, the menu offers classic choices like pulled pork, brisket, and ribs, served with flavorful sides that complement the tender, succulent meats perfectly.
