I tried to find something wrong with this place tonight and other than the wonky parking, I struck out. I had the PEI, Damariscotta, Acadia, and Norumbega. Phenomenal. Followed that up with the New York Strip steak. I chewed slow because i wanted it to last forever. Sam was our server - second time we've had him and he again did not disappoint with his attentiveness and overall attitude. My wife had the Maple glazed salmon. We were supposed to be on a date, but we did not do much talking as we were both savoring the decadent dishes that were before us. Very cool that such an awesome place lies hidden in the heart of Waterville. Worth checking out if you havent.
