While driving around Maine, I stumbled upon a wonderful discovery - a place that offers a variety of delicious smoked seafood options. The owner was friendly and shared insightful information about their family's tradition of purchasing and smoking seafood. I purchased some smoked shrimp and was impressed by the perfect balance of smokiness that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it.
