Phil's niece has been managing the establishment efficiently for several years. The lobster rolls have transitioned to using larger claw and tail meat, with a choice of mayo-based dressing or melted butter. The wood-fired pizzas are a must-try, featuring fresh ingredients from their own organic garden and a unique, fluffy dough.
