Prince William Cafe, situated on the first floor of Prince William Medical Center, was my choice for lunch today as a family member is currently receiving care at the hospital. The salad bar offered a variety of fresh vegetables and pre-made salads like tuna salad. I enjoyed a custom salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, red onions, pickled jalapeños, beans, carrots, blanched green beans, Caesar and Balsamic dressing, along with croutons, accompanied by a flavorful vegetable soup. The cafe also serves hot entrees, sandwiches, wraps, pizza, and more, with breakfast options available in the morning, and the friendly staff made for a pleasant dining experience that I anticipate repeating often in the weeks ahead.
