I have given good reviews for this Chilis in the past but I've had a couple bad experiences there in the past year. One was tonight Tues 8/3/2021. Total all around HORRIBLE experience. Started online. Order would not be accepted online when trying to add my rewards. Called in order and order had to be repeated several times and it was not the phone connection. The girl I spoke to almost seemed drunk. She put her manager on and he handled things in a very simple manner. I asked him if the margarita of the month had a special promotion because online it was listed as 0.00. Instead of honoring that he said it was a mistake and is $5. Ok fine. I go to get my food and park in a curbside parking and called to tell thdm what parking spot I was in and was told to come in and was told to come in to get food, I rebuttled and she said she would come out. A differant lady came out and proceeded to say my name had too many letters in it. No ma'am Im sure what you saw is how my name is spelled. She takes my card. The girl I had been speaking to on the phone comes out and ask for my card....other lady comes out with my food and my card and they have a spat right in front of me. Unprofessional. Now to the food...fries were cold and old. So bad I was just gonna stop at McDonald's to have some fries to eat with my burger. Burber bun was soggy and falling apart on 1st couple of bites bc they put the bbq sauce in a seperate container but not the aoli. Gross. My husbands chicken tortilla soup was extremely salty he couldnt even finish it. Our free dessert that came with my rewards was the chocolate molten cake and it had caramel sauce but not the chocolate that you pour on top of the icecream that creates the hard shell. Talking about a waste of time on a night I just wanted a good burger and dessert. I'll never go out of my way to go to this Chilis again. Ruined my total experience and will just pick up a Wendys burger or Five guys next time I have a craving and save my gas and time. So dissapointed.
