I was told I had to prepay for an ice cream cake. I never had to pay over the phone before at all. I always paid cash when I picked it up. Now I have seen no flyers stating you had to pay for an ice cream cake over the phone first. I thought you were in business to get customers not turn them away. I have been a customer for 4 years and to have this happen. I dont have a credit card to use. so what are people suppose to do. I am very unhappy and will give my business to carvel from now on..
