01/22/2021 - Sh*t On By Cust Serv.
Lived in NH whole life & never went to Nadeaus until they put one in on D.W. near where I live. Always heard it was good & I do like the food which is why I unfortunately keep going back because the service is beyond STUPID.
THREE OUT OF THE 1st 5 TIMES I went they got my order completely wrong so, I get to drive all the way back. Went a couple more times, then it happened AGAIN. Went a few more times, then finally on the FIFTH time they screw up ... btw, not a complicated order, 1 Steak Tip Bomb - 1 Steak Tip w/Bacon & Pepperoni & its ALWAYS the 2nd one thats wrong, MINE... every time.
I call them after I get home, tell them I got 2 steak bombs & the girl tells me they'll remake it, to bring it back to the store which I really love the policy of making customers bring it back so THEY can verify they screwed up. As if I want to go home, ruin my meal, then turn around & drive back to cheat them out of what? 10- 15 $ ? Somehow, magically, its always correct on the order ticket, its NOT the person taking the orders in, its always the cook, every time.
So I bring it back and the *sshat making the food had refused to remake it so after he tried to argue and I had to IN PERSON show him what he did wrong which was to make a full Steak bomb w onions peppers mushrooms AND bacon / roni - NOW he decides to make the damn sandwich & now I have to wait all over again, already waited 10-15 before coming back cuz they said they'd remake it the 1st damn time over the phone & thats how long it would be.
AND THEN... he gives me my money back which was cool but I get out to the car, check my food AND IT WAS GOD DAMN WRONG AGAIN !!! WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Why is it so hard to make a steak tip w/bacon & roni ? This effing guy made a Shaved Steak this time... really??!!
Once or twice here & there, getting it wrong, ok, fine its gonna happen but. This is all in just the last month &1/2. Husband & I have only gone there maybe 10 times & each time it's wrong the very 1st thing out of thier mouth is ''Yeah,...bring it back and we'll remake it.'' Not Oh! I'm sorry, or OMG how did that happen !? In fact, they never even seem surprised. (Guessing this happens often) In other words, as long as you come all the way back to prove it we'll fix it. Well, Eff U Nadeaus, You Suck. One would think consideration how exspensive Nadeaus is that you might actually get a little service with your meal. NOT AT THE D.W. /SOPHIA LOCATION

What a let down, today confirmed why I stopped going to Nadeau's, 9.39 for a lg sub with hardly no meat 4 slices of tiny mushroom , thank god the bread was nice and fresh I grew up on pianeidosi bread and that was the only good part of the sub. and for the 6.99 1lb onion rings well someone's finger must have been on the scale today because the bag weighed more, bring back the old days when you weren't so stingy and greedy
