Love TBL8! Really comfortable environment, it's in the footprint of a former florist, so lots of light, super clean, and very roomy. You can watch the cooks and talk with them (the family that owns the place are really great to get to know, really up-and-coming fixtures in the Bedford area who do a lot for the local schools and youth sports). But enough about that--

The food, oh wow the food. Nothing is frozen or fried (they don't even have a freezer!) it's all cooked FRESH and from SCRATCH from family recipes they develop, and it shows. They love their recipes and are more than happy enough to offer recommendations, and trust me, you if take their ideas or build your own, home run every time. Their meatballs are melt-in-your-mouth, their pasta is cooked perfectly, and their sauces have more spices and varieties than Sicily itself.

If you're in need for a fast-casual Italian restaurant with healthy options and homely enough for a family dinner, or are looking for some truly fresh food, go check out TABLE 8!
