Worst chicken I've ever had greasy salty and over cooked

I ordered a taco salad today, I was very disappointed to see that the lettuce was all wilted and gross. Looking past that I still ate some. Not only was the lettuce wilted, it was also dirty. It left a grit in my mouth. The ground beef in it also was cold and surprisingly hard. All in all, it was disgusting.
