I dove into the Ishikari Style Hokkaido Miso Ramen and was hooked by the deliciously harmonious soup and noodles, though the pork broth threw me off since I expected salmon - maybe Hokkaido is shaking things up! Lunch at Masa's was a fantastic ride with fresh, artfully presented sushi and omakase that showed Chef Toshi's passion, making every bite feel like a personal celebration; paired with great service and a lively atmosphere, it's a culinary adventure I can't wait to repeat.
