Customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and my room was ready upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our family stays enjoyable despite some minor inconveniences.

The Carousel hotel has been a beloved tradition for my family for years. The check-in process is smooth, with friendly staff providing all necessary information. The beachfront bar, Diesel and Lin, offers excellent service and a lively atmosphere, making it a highlight of our stay.
