We have eaten here numerous times and never gotten any thing that was less then excellent. The Tuna Steak sandwich is a great sandwich, if your are looking for a sandwich, but it's no lite meal. It will fill you, and the flavor is so good! Cream of Crab soup that is actually creamy and not like crab meat in milk, that some people call cream of crab. Blackened shrimp and scallops with a special dipping sauce, that's out of this world. And if your looking for a salad, try the seafood salad, with shrimp, scallops, and crab meat, excellent. These are items that I have eaten myself, so far. I look forward to going back and trying something new. You have got to try it, the prices are great too. I can't forget to mention how wonderful the hushpuppies are. They are served with honey butter and are delicious. The staff seemed to all be friendly and the cook even came out of the kitchen to bring us our food and check on us. The owners are there too, and they make you feel like you are home. And that's a good feeling.

We entertained a wedding rehearsal dinner here at River's Edge Restaurant and it was amazing. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was the best we've had in a long time and some of the guests said it was the best seafood they've ever had. Favorites were the..crab dip,bacon wrapped scallops,crab balls,won ton shrimp,steamed shrimp,cream of crab soup..it was all so good. Can't wait to go again. Nothing fancy,but..if you just want a laid back relaxing environment,friendly help,waterview setting,delicious food and an affordable price, this is the place to go.
