we ate here today hoping the food would be as good as the previous times under the previous owners. I'm sorry to say we were disappointed. the last time we ate at Wood Point I had the soft shell crab sandwich and it was BIG. The crab hung way out over the sides of the toasted bread. This time the crab was served on a hamburger roll and the crab was the LITTLEST crab I've ever had served on a sandwich. I honestly thought they had just put the claws on at first but upon closer inspection I realized it was a whole crab. It was just so small that it would have fit on 1/2 of a hamburger bun cut in half...seriously. I would have been ashamed to serve that to a customer in a restaurant and charge $10. the crab dip was okay but nothing to really write home about (or brag about on here). it was just okay. I had asked that my ff be cooked a little longer because i'm not fond of droopy fries and I got droopy fries. Maybe that is why my crab was so little...maybe they overcooked it instead of the fries. Anyway we were very disappointed to say the least. maybe the cook was having a bad day but it wasn't because he was swamped with orders that we could see. Maybe we'll be back and give them a second chance. Haven't decided yet.
