The breakfast buffet at the Bolger Hotel offers a wide variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelettes, smoked salmon with capers and onions, and a full salad bar, along with multiple hot dishes, desserts, and drinks like smooth Lavazza coffee and Tea Forte tea. The staff, especially Chef Michael Snead, were gracious and accommodating, even preparing gluten-free options, which made for a very enjoyable and memorable dining experience during my stay.
