We have been going to Arctic Circle for years. We made a trip tonight for 2 Hot Fudge Sundaes and i HAVE never been treated so poorly by any type of worker. She has the worst customer service and her ability to speak to people was not okay. We ordered 2, she gave us 2 twist in a bowl. We said we asked for 2 hot fudge sundaes she said "No you did not you need to tell us what you want on the sundae."So I said we said hot fudge, oh NO you did not and you did not pay for hot fudge. So I paid $7.13 for 2 small sundaes. I said I am sorry but we asked for it. She goes well you have to pay for it, reached over and pointed to the sign "See it says extra .50 right there cant you see it" there was a room full of customers. I said I am sorry but you dont have to be rude, she said take it. What a jerk and to talk to a grown women like that in front of her 8 year old child. I had to explain to him some people in life are that miserable they can not even handle making ice cream for a living. Such a sad part!

I, along with my entire family, have grown up loving and always looked forward to going to Arctic Circle. The food is good, but it's the ice cream, the service, & the family atmosphere that keeps bringing people back-again & again! I grew up with it only being open during Summer; so, myself and friends/family would go next door to play mini golf and spend some time at the batting cages; followed by sitting at the outside tables at Arctic Circle and having milkshakes. Later, when I learned that it'd be open year-round, I was sooo excited:) It's never too cold to eat ice cream!
