CRAPTASTIC. Oh where to begin. So this is the fourth time this year since March, that they have given me hot "mop-water" when I ordered dark roast coffee, no cream no sweetener, just caramel flavor. This is the third time this year I have had to throw out a a whole cup of coffee, because it was too gross to continue drinking. I promised myself in May after the second time of being served "mop-water" that I would never go there again, especially since in February, when I ordered a "wake-up" wrap, the egg was frozen and the bread was cold and it tasted like half microwaved hot pocket.
The service is decent, but when are they going to learn how to make coffee. I didnt know you could mess up black coffee with no cream or sugar or sweeteners, the way these guys mess it up. I can drink my own mop water at home if I was insane enough, rather than spend 3 to 4 dollars on it outside.
Overall I am appalled by the food here. And I will never in my life go there again. Enough is enough. Just CRAPTASTIC coffee!.
