Went to the restaurant, Saturday evening early, there was no one to greet us for 15 minutes, a highschooler came to the table and knew little of the process. We got the soup and salad, they forgot dressing, and soup teppid.

Ordered tea and never received. Then came the sushi, anyone who has made sushi knows if you add liquid to compressed rice it will decompress and fall apart. Well the sushi had at least 2 tablespoons of liquid flavor poured on top. Horriable because there were no spoons.

Not sure why but the boiled/steamed soy beans were inconsistent. They were ALL UNDERCOOKED. THE MANAGER took back 3 times after I asked him to try. And the salting was so inconsistent 2 had it and one a little and the first one was covered by the salt. Honestly the difference in partially cooked and perfectally cooked was their problem . When you undercook there are hard to digest and the flavor doesn't develop

All the meat was prepackaged and frozen ay least twice. 3 meats were sliced sliced too and crumbled and one had a huge amount of fat on it. Unreasonable for such good meat.

The flame went out twice and I had to ask for a a grill replacement because with crumbling beef it starts to burn and that changes the food taste when cooking on burning fond. The meal with tip was $130 with tip for 2 people and not much food and was not worth it. You could make all food for $25.

I called 4 times and no response. No one got back until the last time and I called the number I called. I then spoke to Jeremy L. Who was BS exttadinare
He milked me for everything that happened and called back and said he would call Friday did not call so I called him and he said Tuesday instead of talking. He then missed Tuesday and called Wednesday and said my owners knew me and will not help. I don't know many restaurant people in the last 10 years so again . Jeremy more BS he wouldn't tell me who. He didn't like the fact they did more wrong things than right and he was quite rude at the end.

They are playing Americans for suckers all food at the restaurant is processed , almost everything.

We finished with ice cream which was so frozen a spoon couldn't separate it.
They should let it sit for 5 minutes so it is mailable. This was so unprofessional execution of culinary skills.

All the kids hand at the front desk instead of the .

I give this whole experience C- or D+ but for truly about less than 10 ounces of meat not worth it. I have eaten at this chain in Tokyo and would give it an A- pr A

Too expensive for what you get, poor service and not staff not well schooled. Whey were standing around at the podium they could have been learning the meats and where they are from and how best to cook.

Finally management in Columbia in need of training.

If you care about people act that way substandard training and prepackaged everything is should not be served.
